What to include

Include the page address and a short description of the line. If you are pointing at a public form, name the form as it appears on the agency or provider page. A reply, when one is sent, comes from the same address. There is no phone line and no live chat on this site.

What not to send

Do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, student IDs, utility account PINs, or transfer confirmation codes. Degree Utilities does not process applications, utility payments, or money transfers, and it cannot look up a customer file. For a bill, a transfer, or an admissions decision, use the provider named on your own document.
