Degree Utilities is a reading desk at ctysss.xyz. The pages sort three kinds of paperwork that often show up in the same week: a degree-program brochure, a gas-utility bill, and a money-transfer receipt. The desk is for an adult who wants a second pass over a public-facing document before calling the office named on that document.

What the three folios keep

Degree Programs collects notes on credit hours, accreditation lines, residency rules, and the difference between a marketing brochure and an admissions checklist. Gas Utilities collects notes on bill lines, rebate forms, outage notices, and meter or service orders. Money Transfer collects notes on fee tables, status screens, quoted rates, and whether a payment has already been sent.

A date on a note is the publication date of that note. It is not an admissions deadline, a bill due date, or a transfer cutoff. When a number, rate, or time window appears, treat it as an illustrative example unless the note names a public form or a provider’s own page.

What this desk does not do

Degree Utilities is not a college, a gas utility, a bank, or a money transmitter. Nothing here enrolls a student, opens an account, moves funds, schedules a technician, or files a form with a regulator. The desk does not sell degrees, utility service, or transfers, and it does not claim a license, a rating, or a partnership it does not have.

How a correction is handled

If a note misstates a public form name or a step a provider has published, write to hello@ctysss.xyz and include the page URL plus the line that looks wrong. Do not send account numbers, student IDs, Social Security numbers, or transfer confirmation codes. A reply, when one is sent, comes from that same address. For a payment, an admissions decision, or a utility order, use the office named on your own document.
